In the future, I may put the comments at the page bottom (rather than having to go to another page), but I am a bit suspicous of the database speed at my ISP, so I don't want to make boat-project.com any slower. I'll do some testing then decide what to do.

Project Status:

I added a couple nifty Radar Arch Speaker setups; one on my boat, and one on the boat of a boating friend. Check them out in the Electronics section.

Also added is a Cell Phone Communications System - also in the Electronics Section. We took a trip last week, consisting of cruising 5 hours up the coast of Lake Michigan and back. During this period of time, I had opportunity to use the Cell Phone system - and I am quite pleased with it. Rarely does a project exceed my expectations, and this thing worked so well, it amazed even me.

In the north, we are getting down to about a month or so of remaining boating weather. I have a few projects I'd like to finish, but it seems the boat has been breaking down with just normal stuff lately; leaking hatch, broken Air Conditioning unit, bad fuel level sending unit, broken microwave oven, and a host of other minor issues I had to fix (well, the Air Conditioner isn't minor). If I can tough it out for the next week or so of 85~90 Deg weather, I may wait until next season to have it fixed.

Perhaps I may turn the microwave replacement into an article as I had to create a filler panel as the standard microwaves these days are a different size than what I had in the galley.
